These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms on which we provide recruitment services. Those are agreed separately in writing before any search begins.

Who we are

Using this site

You may use this site for your own business or personal purposes. You may not use it unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to scrape it or to submit forms.

We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We do not guarantee it will always be available or free from errors.

Enquiries submitted through this site

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige us to accept the work. We will respond and tell you whether it is a search we can run, and if we take it on we will agree written terms with you first.

Please do not send confidential information through the enquiry form. Tell us there is something sensitive and we will arrange a suitable way to discuss it.

Information on this site

The descriptions of roles and market conditions on this site are our own commentary, offered in good faith and correct to the best of our knowledge when published. They are general information, not advice, and should not be relied on for a specific hiring, employment, legal or financial decision.

The example profile shown on the home page is an illustration. It is not a real person.

Job listings

Live roles are published on jobs.gtco.io, and applications and candidate accounts are handled at work.gtco.io. Those services have their own terms. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a site we do not control, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code, wording and branding on this site belong to GTCO Ltd or are used under licence. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish, copy or reuse the content commercially without our written permission. Generative Talent Co, the G mark and the wordmark are our trade marks.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for business losses arising from your use of this site, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data. If you are a consumer, this site is provided for domestic and private use only.

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country's law.
